Welcome to the blog for WeightLossMoments.com.  Every week, I host an interactive podcast on TalkShoe.com, on Sundays at 4:30 pm, Pacific Time.  We discuss various aspects of weight loss, especially for the person with chronic weight issues.  My approach is to support healthy ways to lose weight in the three factors of weight loss:  food, exercise, and state of mind.  We are building a repertoire of tools to make the journey progressively smoother.

  2. Hi Dori, I just found your podcast recently and it has really spoken to me. Especially your series on emotional eating. I am also disappointed that after the podcast about the secret you seem to have disappeared. Anyway I just want you to know that your words and success is still impacting people.
